    On a serious note, you could do everything right this offseason and still not have this good of an opportunity to make the playoffs in 2019. That's just how volatile the NFL is. We could be 8-5 next year and be further back than we are at 6-7. That's how it goes - and that's probably exactly how it will go. Several teams below us will rebound. Don't take anything for granted.

    Yeah, and it will probably be next year. Right now none of the teams vying for the last spot are surging. I think a 2-1 finish might actually do it.
