    The same reason ESPN and the other media outlets didn't know Tiger Woods had forty girlfriends. If a politician farts we hear about it.

    I don't give a fuck about anything except those kids that got flat out raped by that sick fucking asshole. That said, anyone who say, knew, was informed or whatthefuck ever...HAD to stop it. Lets let the moral society deal with this now. College football must go on.

    The biggest problem that Paterno has in the future will be Mike McQueary. McQueary has testified before a grand jury about what he saw happen in the shower back in 2002. McQueary also testified that him & his dad went to Paterno the next day and told Paterno what he had witnessed. There's where the story changed, and the coverup began. Paterno is in bigtime legal trouble. 1st, he may have lied to the grand jury about what McQueary told him, and second, he may be charged in what may be deemed a major coverup by the university.

    I never thought much of coaches that stay too long. Seems like they think they are above reproach due to their longevity.

    The interview on CBS News tonight with Mike McQueary was pretty lame. McQueary was supposedly going to give more details on his shower incident w/ Sandusky but instead he still is saying no comment. If I was him, I'd start defending myself.

    Nothing to defend, really. A janitor in '98 saw Sandusky with a kid in the shower and bailed too. So many people criticize McQuery and say they would have intervened when historical evidence and sociological research shows us that the overwhelming majority of people do not intervene when they witness a serious crime.
