He's growing on me. I am hoping he's around at 34, but I am thinking our needs are far greater than a risk on a 2nd rounder. I think KC might move up to get him.

For what it's worth, Gruden said he would draft him as the first QB chosen after his QB camp.

Of course, NFL Networks Mock Draft of last evening had us taking Jonathan Allen at #8.

As if Gruden would draft a QB in an off-season where he could have Fitzpatrick and Geno Smith as free agents.

I watched JG QB Camp with PM's last night. Man, there's some things to this guy that stand out...+/-. His athleticism, football savvy, physicality, and ability to make plays are phenomenal. That throwing motion, mechanics, ability to take a snap under center, huddle, and make more than one read during the drop are glaring deficiencies. Moreover, kid threw a 65 yard ball...on his knees!

I am changing my mind. I wouldn't take this kid in the 1st or 2nd round. Some team will do it only for the reason that the league is saturated with QB whores.
