    Anyway, I just burned off my anger by wrapping about 30 Christmas gifts. Even in a losing season, life is good. It’s just a bonus when you’re winning.

    Here’s to a win next week and a trend of solid decisions in the coming months.

    I looked up my 10-year old son’s YouTube search history the other day. The last 4 results:

    “Best winning scores in NFL history”
    “Blocking field goals madden 19”
    “Panthers best touchdowns ever”
    “49ers Dwight Clark catch”

    He attended his first game this year—our last win against TB. He now watches EVERY GAME with his dad, and then 4pm games, and the night games. He lives for it. So much so, he wants to play flag football in 2019.

    I’ll always cherish 2018 for that alone. Your kid is busy playing Fortnite with predators. Mine is too busy absorbing the great history of this game without me even knowing.
