Panthers vs Eagles Running Commentary

Carson Wentz hasn't been playing like a second year qb.

 

Did kalil break his neck in his sleep or something?

 

Anybody notice and have a decent take on how the S, J Byrd did last Sunday?

I am concerned about how the D almost let the last two games almost get away from them in the last half quarters.

 

For tomorrow's game.

 

It would be nice if our faggot secondary could nab an intetception or two. It would be really helpful tonight.


Lane Johnson is a huge loss for Philly. Both quarterbacks are playing great lately, but I suspect that this will be a lower scoring game than folks expect. Both teams strengths and weaknesses cancel eachother out and it's a short week. I am worried about Torrey Smith getting behind our safeties, so hopefully Julius and Mario can force Wentz to play small ball. Our tackles facing a wide 9 is always going to be a problem, but that alignment also opens up chances in the interior running game. You pay Trae Turner to perform in these moments. I want to see a shit load of traps and draws from Shula. Stay the fuck out of third and long.

 

We're also getting to the point where we need to start seeing the goods from McCaffrey. I appreciate the fact that he's been a valuable third down receiver, but if he can't produce on running plays then it's time to start giving those carries to Fozzy or Artis-Payne. We're throwing away downs by running him up the middle.
