    Josh McCown......they just signed him and I think he beats out Kitna.

    I really like this signing and believe with Martz coaching this guy will thrive. In fact, I would not be shocked if he becomes the best FA signing of this offseason.

    McCown certainly isn't any better than Harrington. In fact, they have many of the same flaws. Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald are the only reasons he was sought after anyway.

    luck of the lions...he'll be on IR before the 1st game is played.

    they just interviewed him on sirius...definately the polar opposite of joey. he actually said he'd be demanding of receivers.

    kirwan was kinda mocking joey...saying mccown will actually run outside the pocket and throw the ball down the middle of the field. he better be able to run if the don't get some offensive linemen in there.

    I actually think McCown is a much better talent than Harrington with a much stronger arm and much greater mobility. His major weakness has been some poor decision making and I think good coaching can really help with that. We shall see.


    And I realize this is a Panther and not Lions MB but it rather slow so I thought I would attempt to start a debate.............

    The Lions firmly believe you can draft and sign a bunch of wideouts and then put a sucky QB behind center and win. To bad for them it has not worked out. I think I would rather have Weinkie than any of the guys they have.
