    I agree with him. We've tried the workhorse approach with CMC all year. It's failed four out of five games. When an idea is failing 80% of the time, it's time to change things. Hopefully Ron and Norv figure it out.

    I only see workhorse 1 time on that list.

    Workhorse by playing time. CJ Anderson is almost never in the game.

    Besides having an inaccurate QB, a suspect offensive line, crappy defensive backs and a weak pass rush - the Panthers are a Super Bowl team.

    Too many issues to list. But the defensive collapse is puzzling and troubling. It seems opposing QBs are wearing the red shirts. Our front lines protected a weak secondary last year fairly well for the most part, this year it's like no defense. Even our wins haven't been overly impressive.

    What's amazing to me, is:

    How much time the opposing qb's have time to throw, and thus, find folks open for 1st downs consistently on 3rd and long even.

    When cam has all day to throw, has nobody open to throw to and has to either throw it away or run.

    Puzzling.
