    Allen was a highly touted QB talent just a few years ago. It's worth seeing what he can do in a full game. We barely played him in the preseason, which was a ridiculous decision in hindsight.

    I think it was you who commented how much you appreciated/liked his zeal and attack when he came in for Heineke Sunday. I agree. In fact, even if the intent was to put Heineke back in after the injury, which clearly it was, I believe he went 4 for 4. I wondered aloud why he took him out so quickly.

    It's unlikely that he knew enough of the gameplan to stay in. I think it's time to reconsider keeping 3 quarterbacks on the 53. Is the extra special teams spot really worth it? Probably not.
