    My life-long favorite cake is chocolate. The chocolate cake mix with chocolate icing is my preference, but the 'white' cake mix doesn't suck if it has chocolate icing.

    There's a lady that used to work for me that occasionally would bring in a cake. She could bake a lemon cake with lemon icing that was awesome. She also would bring in a strawberry cake with strawberry icing. Seems that I remember the strawberry icing was lighter on that cake. An excellent red velvet cake was also one that she would bring. Another one my favorites was her pineapple cake/icing. That was one of my favorite cakes that my mother used to bake.

    So there you have it. Now I'm thinking about and craving cake and I hate you with every fiber in my body. Bish..... :balloon:
