    I'm surprised anybody tailgates other than the oppositions fans at Duke. They're as bad as the Panthers are this year, every year. Looks like next year there won't be tailgates for either team.

    It sounds to me like the 'event' named "Tailgate" is what's being banned, not all tailgating. The students will just find some other location to get drunk before the game.
