    How about we list 2 of each 1) the most bang for the buck(good but cheap) and 2) what we would really want if we didn't have a spending limit. Basically 2 systems

    Are we looking for the best value for the money or no spending limit? I prefer the first as I am not able to drop 8k or so on a PC and would prefer a "real world" option

    why we going with AMD?? my experience with AMD is overheating, overheating overheating. I think Pentium Zeon is the way to go, if we're talking ultimate computer. and chalk me up for RAM.

    Obviously heatsink or not enough fans problem. Pentium Xeon's are good server processors but are way overpriced.
