Here's the story that I found:

Deion Accused of Stealing Deiondra and Deion Jr.'s Money
    Posted Mar 14th 2007 9:30PM by mjd

MediaTakeOut.com (not the most trustworthy and reliable site out there, but entertaining nonetheless) says they've uncovered a lawsuit in which Deion Sanders is accused by his wife of stealing money out of a trust fund earmarked for Deiondra and Deion Jr. He's accused of taking $1.75 million of the $2 million that originally existed in there.

    From the report:
One of Deion's family members spoke exclusively to MediaTakeOut.com about the case. According to the family member, Deion's scheme came to light when 17 year old Deiondra asked for money to buy a car. The insider explains, "She wanted to use her trust fund money to buy the car. But when we looked into the fund, there was hardly anything left - and Deion was the only person with access to the accounts."

I'd find it hard to believe that Deion's broke ... I don't know. I guess if it can happen to MC Hammer (Nationwide is on YO' side), it can happen to anyone. Best wishes to the Sanders family in sorting this out. In the meantime, Deiondra, if you need a ride somewhere, give me a call.

Well don't compare a music contract with a NFL contract. MC got all the money up front and had to produce X amount of albums and when he didn't they took it all back.

Now I know how he paid for all those ugly suits.

No, no, no--none of those words in the post are mine except the "Here's the story that I found"--those others are the person that wrote the blog/post. I personally have never like Deion and I think he's a total jerk.
