Highly recommend this movie to any parents, especially fathers. I'm not a very religious person but a neighbor invited me to watch this movie yesterday. Apparently his church reserved the entire theater. Even if you aren't religous, this movie will hit home as it deals with being a good father and not taking the time you have with your kids/loved ones for granted.

Recorded this and tried to watch it. Made it about 40 minutes. Not a good film.

Act of Valor sucked too but probably not as much as this film.

Obviously the "actors" were not professionals but the part where the dad dances alone after his daughter died brought a tear to my eye.

Finished it up. Certainly had some tearjerker moments. I understand where the film was coming from but didn't think it was even close to successful out side of a few nice moments.

I may only disagree in the religious aspects of what the role of fathers should be, but felt the movie could have been more if it had been better focused and a bit less trite and cliched, including some unintentional racist overtones.

I have a real love for low budget/no budget films and want them to work, even if I don't agree with them. This one didn't work but does show a great improvement over Facing the Giants by the same folks.

This doesn't look all that great. It does remind me of something I would watch in church though, which might be why I don't want to see it. We used to have to pass movies like this out to people on Sunday afternoons, which is a good enough reason for me to steer clear.
