    that was fucked up 17 days from sunday.

    perhaps one of the most miserable experiences of my human existence. i had to rape myself and use a modified version of the forceps birthing technique.

    the good news is, it's an 8lb 5oz boy and my hands are now really clean.

    If you are really interested to over come on your constipation on permanent basis then trust me and use cucumber.its the best thing in food which may help you to get rid of constipation.
