Will using a bleach/water solution to clean the siding on the house dull it's appearance?

Bleach dulls my kitchen floor but is easy to restore. Just go over it with a slightly wet mop. My point is: if it dulls your siding a couple of rains will probably restore the vinyl's original "luster." But I don't know for sure and will find out within this month after I've bleached down my siding.

Also, the people at Northern Tools told me not to run bleach through the power sprayer because bleach will corrode the O rings. There might be some truth to that, but it seems like running plain water through the pump/sprayer would clean the bleach out. Besides, they say, the O rings are easily replaced. I think they just want you to buy their special cleaning solution.

Get one of those garden hose end reservoirs that draw whatever is in the reservoir and mixes it with water. I have always heard 10% bleach. Let it sit for a bit (30 mins) then wash with clean water

Nothing like powerwashing on a 100 degree day. Did the whole wooden fence around the house last year. Took forever but the dog had a blast!
