    Nice early Spring Sunday afternoon in the QC and I spent it inside watching the Checkers take on the Milwaukee Admirals in AHL Action . . . Crazy, ain't I :) ? ? ?

    But this was just my 2nd Checkers game of the year in person, so I decided to go. Also it was the teams SALUTE TO HEROES game, where area firefighters/policemen/EMT workers/miltary were honored for their service place the annual HEMBY CUP Hockey game (which features CMPD vs. CFD Workers; Which I could've stayed around for that game but I couldn't this time).

    A great day at the Cable Box didn't end on a good note for the home team; Checkers lost 3-2 in OT . . . Bleah :( :( !!!!!
