    Maybe, maybe not.

    Shapiro first started making charges last summer. The NCAA has been investigating for five months. So far the only action they've taken is to clear two of the players he named to play for other schools. He named 12 current players, none of whom have been suspended for any length of time so far. We'll see what happens ultimately, but it's a little early to start making comparasions to other scandals.

    Watched ESPN's 30 for 30 documentary "The U" last night. Damn, those were some bad ass Miami teams.

    Yeah, they've still got to wait to see what the NCAA does, but considering the bombshells that were dropped only having 3 players missing more than one game seems about as good as Miami could have hoped for. It also pretty much takes the death penalty off the table.
