You just keep pointing out how ignorant you are of college football. The Rose Bowl is meaningless? Really? Jesus, just stop posting.

It means as much as all the other non-championship bowls. That you won or lost the bowl game.

I guess all those "meaningless" bowl games matter only to the fans of the two respective schools. Most other folks don't really care about those bowls.

I guess the Rose Bowl does carry a little more clout than the Little Caesar or Idaho Potato Bowls.

Outside of the top 5 games, I will probably only watch 5-10 of the remaining games. But any of the games on Dec. 17th = :SCF-HL:

Yeah, as does the Orange and the Sugar. I'm partial to the Gator & Cotton bowls as well. It has a lot to do with prestige and history, which is why I couldn't care less about the Fiesta even though it's one of the BCS bowls.

I hope K-State does get the bid to Cotton - which it looks like they will. I've seen us put up against Arkansas as well. Doesn't matter....as long as it's not the Holiday bowl, I'm there.

how does Michigan get a BCS game and Mich State doesnt? Both are 10-2 now and the spartans beat the wolverines. I guess this is assuming State loses to Wisconsin and is penalized for the loss. If that's the case, the system is fucked. No way the Big 10 deserves two teams in BCS games under that scenario.
