    I`m was born in Lumberton, I worked a territory that included Lexington for 10 years. Even worked at Troutman`s BBQ( vinegar based sauce) in Concord while in HS. So I`ve been around the bbq block a time or twenty. I can safely say that ifs its done right then its all good.

    Alright how about ribs. I don't like the ribs at Lancasters as much. Salty tasting but I do prefer a dry rub. Best around Charlotte?

    He speaks the truth. This place is phenominal. Burnt ends are fantastic. Stuffed jalopenos and beans great. I haven't had anything there that wasn't very good
