No one in the SEC needs to schedule any tough ooc games but they do anyway.

By some of your "definition" of cupcake, the ACC and the PAC-10 play nothing but cupcakes all season. I'm not even sure how the ACC still has a BCS ticket.

collin's right. people talk about the SEC like its this big bad-ass conference, but this year it more closely resembled the ACC in basketball, with Alabama and LSU playing the part of Duke and UNC. Arkansas is decent but everything else is shit. Alabama did play a shitty schedule and one has to wonder if they'd made the BCSNC game if they'd played some good teams out of conference and if the rest of the SEC wasn't so middling. that said, Bama definitely deserves to be number one and LSU (not so definitely) number two.

Everybody is scheduling cupcakes & the SEC is riding the wave of a 6 year BCS Title streak.

I have no problem with BAMA's shitty out of conference scheduling.

I mean after all we must keep the BCS in place and protect the integrity and value of the regular season, shitty schedules and all.

i'm not gonna give much credence to a ranking that has southern cal 6th. and georgia shouldnt even be top 25, let alone top 20. that team blows

Alabama and LSU are far superior to everyone else in the country, but beyond those two teams, the SEC is barely above average. look at arkansas, the team people will point to when they argue the league is more than a two-trick pony. the razorbacks lost to bama and LSU and the rest of their schedule sucked. Missouri State, New Mexico and Troy? awesome. Texas A&M? 7-6 and Arkansas barely beat them,. I guess south carolina is OK, but the rest of the SEC is dogshit. I'll stand by my SEC football-ACC hoops comparison.
