    Even good coaches seem to crest around year 7. Maybe he would do better with a new team but the recent lack if success would worry me.

    Sean Payton is a fantastic OC. If you're asking him to run your team then you better have a quality DC to pair with him, otherwise you're wasting your time.

    Yeah it doesn't sound like any reputable coach or executive wants anything to do with that job. They'll have to do something depressing like promote Tom Rathman or perhaps even "Release The Billick!"

    HTF does Ron Rivera have a job? Because he's a beaner? Two winning seasons in six seasons. That's freaking horrible.

    The bar in Redneckolina is extremely low.

    Yeah as really the owner Dan Synder is cancer to the team. Of the Redskins. And a lot of the fans and the players are not big fans of his.

    Jacksonville would be a good fit for Mike Smith. He has a history there and they have some talent on defense. Plus there's a lot of swingers in Jacksonville.
