Well, he can claim a recent National Title. He's probably pissy 'cause he doesn't know where Wade Ave. is.

Amato has had one good season when they played absolutely no one. Bunting took a not very talented team to a bowl game against the hardest schedule in NCAA history (no shit, look it up).

I would agree that Carolina's campus is overrated, but you can't even be serious if you're comparing Carolina's to State's. I've talked to plenty of people from out of state who visited State's campus and simply refused to enroll there because it felt like a concrete jungle and/or prison. It's consistently talked about as one of the worst looking campuses in the country.

    mathmajors:
I just know it as exit 289. I don't pay any attention to what the street names are in places I don't want to be, especially when I'm only on it for 60 seconds. And as for where I went, no it wasn't Carolina because i was initially interested in aerospace engineering, so I got a full scholarship to UVA (then transferred to UNCC as a junior when I changed my major to anthropology). I might still do my PhD at UNC, but I'm pretty much fed up with school at this point and will likely quit when I complete my Masters this semester (if I can get a decent job, that is).

But in summation - State sucks.

I have been to lots and lots of campuses and there aren't many that are anywhere close to Chapel Hill's

Cornell's is pretty awesome. Not quite St. Bona's, but awesome nonetheless

Have you been to Berkeley's campus? I had a friend go there and visited and I say that's better than CH's campus.

No business course anywhere will be as challenging as an engineering course somewhere else. That's just the nature of the beast. But that said, UVA is consistently ranked as one of the top public universities while I'm not sure State has ever made the list (they make top 25 best value occasionally).

And UVA's campus beats any that I've personally seen.

Never been to either of those. Stanford's is really nice. Notre Dame is pretty cool too. UVA is great. I like UC in Boulder as well.
