    Urlacher is the leader of the best defense in the league this year so I gave it to him. He is not the best individual player this year so it probably should not go to him I just could not think of anyone else who I thought deserved it.

    IMO, Urlacher gets it instead of Briggs because he has done more to change games. Teams scheme around Urlacher, not Briggs. And, Urlacher is the QB of the defense, not Briggs.

    Still, I love Briggs and I'm dreading this off-season because the Bears might not be able to resign him.
