I do think it's time and I think success inevitably breeds complacency. Later in his tenure here, Ron has gotten into the habit of acting and talking like a fan. His quote about "going silent" during games when he felt like Shula "was in a groove" always bothered me. I don't want a superstitious head coach. The lack of attention to detail has killed us in games, over the last two years in particular. The time out/clock management has gotten unacceptably horrible. You never get the sense that Ron is a stickler for these things.



Still though, 4/8 is pretty decent. No pictures on the scorecard.
