    On paper it looks like the Browns are going to be very good next year. Maybe this offseason of Browns hype turns out better than the last dozen or so.

    They still have a very volatile owner and a very volatile GM, with a virgin head coach and a sophomore QB who the league now has extensive film on. They're a good bet to disappoint in 2019.
