3rd and long conversions

Jesus I really am obsessed with 3rd and long now. This is shameful behavior for a 31 year old man. Have some kids you selfish fuck.

I really think it might be important though. A lot of teams just seem to give up on 3rd and long. I'm doing a study with 10 different games from 2016, to measure the impact of this particular down and distance.

 

Look for shitty give up draws and screens to the 3rd string backs. The kind everyone knows is coming except for the oc's, who seem surprised everyone else expected them.

 

Matt Kalil absolutely has to pan out. That's possibly the most critical decision we've made under Gettleman. If he falls flat, this team is screwed for the foreseeable future.
