2017 NFL Draft Discussion

These men are not going to stand for this shit.

 

Yeah, it would be nice to see some progress from the young players. I'm all for being critical when we're trying to figure out what's wrong or convincing other fans of what's wrong, but we all know what's wrong so there's absolutely no point. Cam won't play forever and who knows how much longer TD has, so we need to enjoy these guys while we get to watch them.

 

Kind of funny how only three teams have scored more points than the Panthers this year. Weird league.

 

What amazes me is we had most all the pieces in place to make a good 2-4 year run, and we treated the offseason like we're in rebuilding mode and didn't even address the areas most needing rebuilding. They're fuckin over the great core of a team leaving massive holes.

 

Gettleman doesn't subscribe to the window theory.

 

Probably because there are not too many windows he could fit through.

 

TD hasn't made the impact he has in years passed. He has been dealing with the hamstring injury I believe so that is probably contributing, but he is not the same player as last year.

 

TD is slowing down, most likely because of his age and injury tolls over the years. He's still a man of class.

 

It wouldn't surprise me if he retired after this season. If he doesn't, it will happen after 2017.
