I imagine it happens everywhere. I know it was going on at Virginia in the '90s despite their lauded academic honor code.

One of the most prestigious programs in the history of Div 1 Football has been ruined by the same man who made it. It's been time for Bowden to leave for quite a while, maybe he'll finally wake up and smell of coffee.

Yeah, because I'm sure Bowden was behind all this. Could you be any more of a dumbass? When he eventually leaves FSU, the Seminoles won't get better, they'll drop into irrelevance.

Maybe irrelavance is something FSU will need to restore some academic credibility to the university as a whole.

The whole focus behind FSU's program the past 5 or more years has been Bowden trying to beat out Paterno in terms of being the all-time winner in college football. They sure as hell haven't been focusing on bringing in the best talent out there. That's how Bowden, and his not wanting to step down, that's how he has ruined it.

Virginia wasn't exactly a powerhouse program under Welsh when I know for a fact that they were cheating. Really, this is just a problem with college athletics as a whole. A lot of kids don't go there for an education, and there's too much money involved for universities not to feel tempted to abandon their principles.

Go back to Preps, you foreskin fondling moron. You don't have the requisite intelligence to post in the other parts of the forums. FSU has been bringing in top 10 recruiting classes consistently, so overall talent level certainly hasn't been their problem and you trying to claim that makes you look spectacularly retarded. I think they haven't put enough focus on recruiting offensive linemen, but they've had plenty of talent at other positions and have continued to send players to the NFL. Plus it's funny to see a moron like you say that FSU will get better recruits once Bowden is gone. He's the biggest draw that university has, dumbass.

I really think that this program would be in better hands with Jimbo Fisher at the helm. I believe Bowden has been slipping in recent years.
